stayed here for almost 2 weeks - very happy with room 903 which is a more spacious room with sofa lounging area. the staff is extremely gracious and accommodating; i left some toiletries and food in a different room and they saved it for me instead of throwing it away! i'm also pleased to note that soft-close hinges have been installed on the doors (on my previous trip, there were not), and yes -- the hotel does need a modern upgrade/renovation, but it's still neat and very affordable for the rating. I would like to see city suites invest in bathroom upgrades and room layout (the smaller rooms are not so well-laid out, but the larger ones are much better). very walkable to Di Hua historic street and downstairs is a seven eleven/family mart convenience store. On the other side is a supermarket. very convenient indeed!

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel and enjoyed our stay . The hotel is well situated with easy access to the main areas of the town. The staff are first class and this hotel is clean, tidy and organised . The breakfast was ok.
