1-Star Review for Fushin Hotel – Terrifying Experience & Poor Staff Response Our recent stay at Fushin Hotel turned into a traumatic experience that I wouldn’t wish on anyone. A male stranger was able to enter one of our rooms using a working key card, despite the fact that we are occupying it. Three women staying inside. He continued to force his way in even after we shouted at him to stop. This is a shocking security breach and made us feel completely unsafe. When we tried to escalate the situation, it got even worse. There was no manager on-site, despite repeated requests to speak with one. Instead, they sent a part-time staff member who had no clue what to do. We also called the front desk for help, and the person who answered, instead of calming us down or offering assistance---nothing. No apology was given, no action was taken, and the complete lack of professionalism and empathy from the staff was appalling. This isn’t just bad service—it’s a serious failure in guest safety. If you value privacy, security, and peace of mind, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. We are still shaken by what happened, and Fushin Hotel has not done anything to make it right as of this writing.

Big Room and Good break fast. This hotel is very close to Taipei exhibition center. The Hotel provides free shuttle bus to the MRT ( subway ) and to the exhibition center. Very good staff and excellent room. Ideal for Business traveller

Stayed here whilst attending the Ampa show in April 2019. The hotel is 5 minutes by taxi or we took the free shuttle bus which ran daily , just be sure to grab a ticket for the bus the night before as it was full every day. A very clean and spacious hotel, simple and quick check in with friendly staff, a very large room and a bloody massive comfortable bed, good shower. There was a large buffet breakfast with a small selection of western food , but with also good omelette chef, some watermelon and good coffee that’s all I needed. The fitness room was good with a selection of cardio machines and free weights. I ate in the lounge / bar area one evening, beers and bar snacks all good. This hotel is quite a ride out of the city, so I grabbed a taxi ..
