The room rates are very affordable, the rooms are clean, and the hotel is conveniently located near the MRT station. Special thanks to the front desk staff SACHI for helping us call a taxi in the evening. The service was efficient, and the taxi arrived very quickly. The front desk staff were friendly, always greeted guests warmly. It was also very convenient that we could order souvenirs such as pineapple cakes at the front desk. This is especially helpful for tourists, as it's easy to place a large order all at once. Overall, we had a great stay and will definitely come back again.

Good luck today, booked a very good price, it is really hard to have such a price on the weekend! I stayed last year and the overall environment was very impressive, so I chose to stay again. The environment is comfortable and clean, the lounge has a bar and a sofa lounge area. The room is clean, sound insulation is okay. Counterperson Sachi, the service attitude is kind, hospitality is also very patient, well this is not a personless counter, if there are any questions cannot be asked. Thanks desk in the morning for helping us call the taxi, the overall service is good. Next time there's a chance to stay again!

Before the stay is to participate in the activities nearby, after staying once it feels a habit, then will want to come back again. The hall doesn't feel too cold, the room is cool and comfortable and clean. When it rains, you can also borrow an umbrella very carefully, breakfast can be booked in the counter, and mobile power loans with no deposit are available, which is convenient for us. This stay on the 10th floor, compared with the previous 5th floor, the overall atmosphere is different, it feels more European and American style, and the lighting atmosphere is different. The desk staff are very kind and speaking, unlike some hotels just coolly responded, making people feel served, especially thank you for the careful service and advice of Sachi, make this stay pleasant, thank you!
