Pros: Central location near major bus routes and MRT; Good Sized room; Hotel is on a side street so it is quiet; Staff are friendly and helpful; business center is large. Potential issues: Hotel is getting on in years (maybe 18 yrs old?), so the building is showing some wear in the common areas, rooms, some items broke and the maintenance had to repair. Otherwise, for the price it is a very good option.

Good location. Parking is an advantage. However, there is a strong smell of smoke in the first room, and the smoke in the bathroom is also strong. Not very OKAY. And, I have a room specially marked as smoke-free when booking. There is also a dirt spot in the makeup chair.

The room had been upgraded to an Executive Room with a higher rating than the Reservation. Apart from weak Wi-Fi in the room and the gym on the basement floor being locked, I was comfortable.
