Good point 〇 Location: Convenient access to Yongkang Street near Dongmun Station 〇 Room size: When you enter a room, you will first find a room with a writing desk and sofa, and then a bedroom in the back. It's a perfect size. 〇 Bath amenities: Bathroom is separated from bathtub and shower room, toilet is equipped with bidet, rinse-in shampoo and body soap smell good of herbs. 〇 In-room facilities and equipment: There is a safe in the large closet, TV is one in the bedroom and one in the study, kettle and mini-fridge, tea bag, sweets and two bottles of mineral water were refilled daily. 〇In-house facilities: There is a laundromat in Hotel B1 and there are only two so there is a chance of competition, but it is helpful to have a washer and dryer for 100 TWD. Not good. 〇 Drain smell: The biggest drawback of this hotel is the smell of sewage coming from the drain… This was the only thing I could do. 〇 Air conditioning temperature control: The outside temperature during my stay was about 20 to 28 degrees Celsius, but if the air conditioner is AUTO, it is cold, so even if I set the temperature to LAW, it will not be that temperature, and in the end I turned off the air conditioner most of the time when I was in the room. 〇View: Our room was on the 8th floor of the top floor of the hotel, but unfortunately the view from the window was "the building view next door".

We enjoyed our stay in Royal Biz Taipei, excellent location to many restaurants and only 13min walk to Dazhong Gate, with free entry to the amazing Liberty Square (must see), and yet still quiet for a peaceful night. Our room was spacious, in fact more like a small apartment with a separate sitting area and the bedroom (with its own TV) and a very comfortable bed, able to be closed off. The bathroom was huge with both shower and bath and a toilet that was more clever than we were!!! You can choose just to press the button! While the fittings are a little dated, everything is very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast, it was good to try traditional Taiwanese food and the staff were extremely helpful. Highly recommend staying here.

We booked for 3 days and stayed for 6. An excellent hotel with helpful friendly staff. Reception staff were excellent. Our booking was upgraded to a suite with a separate area that included a sofa and desk which for 6 days was welcome. The room had both bath and shower facilities. Bed was comfortable. There is both hotel laundry service and do it yourself laundry machines. The hotel is a few minutes walk from Dongmen MRT station - while Exit 2 is the closest advise using exit 1 if you have baggage as Exit 2 has stairs. Good area for restaurants and exploring. Would stay again.
