I am worldwide travel and several times to Taipei. I haven't experienced such bad & cold attitude by hotel management & staff. They have no drinking water , guest go to next floor to Fill water himself. No slipper, tooth brush etc for everything they want money. U need any thing go down to desk. The house keeping is losuy. They just want money no guest realtion and no customer service. I can write more about my experience, in just one word this is no for international traveller.

Great city of Taipei filled with equally great people. Clean as a whistle the city was pristine and polite too. However, my experience with Fullon Hotel Linkou was utter disappointment. Check in was a terrible experience with 4pm check-in while they insist on 11am check out. Absolutely no amenities including water in the room. Breakfast - less said the better as there were hardly any options. This was more like a motel and a far cry from the claimed 4-star facility. Gym didn’t have a yoga mat and the rooms did not have toothbrush or paste! Not sure if this is normal in Taiwan hotels but this is new for an international traveller.
