Seascape Hotel

Is it possible to give a ‘0’ rating? This has to be one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in Food is TERRIBLE. No salt and pepper on the tables. No side plates. Everything is slow. Service is SHOCKING. You cannot even get ice in the hotel. Do yourself a favour by not even considering this dump of a hotel. There is not a chance in hell that it is 4-star rated. I wouldn’t rate it 1-star. Finally, it is quite far from the city and the airport, on terrible roads. It took us two hours to get from the airport to the hotel, which is only 27km away. Don’t book here. Thank me later.

Great location but I feel there is a lot required to improve the standards. I feel the rooms weren't that clean, cob webs everywwhere, dusty and rusty showers. There was no hot water in two of the rooms we booked and we were told that extra beds for our 4 and 5 year olds were chargeable yet when I made the booking, I specifically booked one family room. I further confirmed my booking requirements with an agent, Yahya whom we met when checking in but insisted that we pay for the extra beds. I feel we were short changed

Wonderful place to visit. Clean Rooms, Tasty Food, Excellent Pool. Great place to have a holiday and some wind down time. The staffs were great as well. Highly recommendable for couples and Family Holidays and also for Business meetings.
