The dumbest receptionists I've ever experienced :( I booked the room and paid weekdays/nights for approx. three nights. And for the next two nights I wanted to pay in advance, but I get it because I can't book the room for more than one night because the hotel was overbooking :( I didn't get any info in advance from reception.. and had to move my things out of the hotel. It was the worst thing I had experienced and it was the stupidest treatment to act on people!!

The hot water was out of order, they did not do a daily clean of our room so we had rubbish piled up in our room bins and when we returned from a tiring full day of exploring, the room was as we had left it. Expected a buffet breakfast like all hotels do but instead was asked to choose from a couple of options at check in, so at breakfast, depending on your choice made at check in,they have either fried eggs or soup, plus toast ready to go as soon as you arrive. Eggs stone cold. Been travelling throughout Southeast Asia for months and this has to be the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Will not be returning to this hotel.

Big old hotel with nice rooms, huge breakfast buffet (asian, western), great swimming pool, surrounded from restaurants and markets and bars, nice staff and a really reasonable rate. Parking available for cars and motor cycles. Be patient, not everyone is talking fluently english language.
