I had a wonderful time. Super friendly and efficient staff, both at reception, in the restaurant and in the hotel. Spacious, clean and very welcoming room. Amazing breakfast with a choice between American and Thai versions. Perfect quality-price ratio in my opinion. I advise.

PLEASE BE WARE THAT THE POOL IS PERMANENTLY CLOSED ALTHOUGH THEY HAVE A PICTURE OF IT IN ALL OF THEIR ADVERTISEMENTS. I have rarely encountered such bold lying in a business. We grossly overpaid for the room and they blamed it on the booking agent but the hotel sets the price on the booking site, I know because I've watched friends who run hotels do it. The hotel is old and an eyesore. I can tolerate that but not for the price we paid. Breakfast was an abysmal array of cheap meats and raw eggs, the whites were still clear and very runny. It is obvious by how they run the operation that they don't give a fk about customers or the survival of their business. Just look at this TV quality in 2022! And the pool, disgusting! I've paid much less and gotten a lot more. The price we paid is comparable to what I've paid at 5 star hotels. Indeed I've paid less at many 5 star hotels around BKK. This is the type of place that assumes that if you're a foreigner you are a fool and don't know anything about Thailand. I WOULD NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN.

Lily Residence was a dream!!! Came here on our honeymoon, having never been to Greece, and everything was perfect. The staff went the extra mile (Kilometer here) to make sure we were taken care of, the room and facility were beautiful, and the location was perfect. Chris was wonderful in helping us understand the downtown landscape, best beaches to go to, and providing some insider tips. Short walk to downtown, shorter walk to the beach, we left wanting for nothing. Breakfast bar and evening appetizers were delicious and complimentary, and paid drinks and lunch were all delicious. We will be recommending Lily Residence to all our friends back in the states for their Greek excursions.
