The accommodation is lovely, with a giant waterslide in the middle of the hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff provides good service, and the breakfast is okay. The location is considered good.

The Kokotel Bangkok Surawong is certainly a good alternative for the price, but here is clearly room for improvement. Staff speak very poor English, which does not always make communication easy. If you are looking at this hotel before 2pm, you are asked to leave your suitcases (unattended) behind the reception in front of the elevators. It is not seen whether a room is available or whether there is any possibility. It is insistent on 2 p.m. The area to the night market, Sala Daeng BTS and Silom MRT is excellent and within walking distance. The rooms are rocked and some have long hair on the floor. Even in the shower there was a long thread on the floor. The bed had stains on the sheet from the beginning. However, since communication in English was difficult, I unfortunately had to keep these spots. In addition, there were white spots on my curtains. I do not assume that these have only recently been cleaned. The rooms are super small and have a flat screen TV as well as a fridge and air conditioning. The Wi-Fi also works in the rooms. Furthermore, there is a table where the TV is on it and a dirty chair standing in front of it. In addition, the rooms are very noisy and you can also hear the "ringing" of the elevator when it arrives in some rooms. The hotel offers a 24-hour front desk, a café and luggage storage (not secured). At breakfast you can choose from 5 hot dishes, which are unfortunately served very lovingly and you have to pick yourself up from the counter. Unfortunately, the hot food is only limitedly warm. The breakfast room is unfortunately not enough for the hotel guests, so some guests also sit on the veranda and have breakfast. There, however, the bins from the previous day are still so full that it is certainly not so pleasant to have breakfast there. For a few nights you can stay here for sure, but you are far from quality, service and well-being. Too bad you could make more of it here.

I had only 1 night stay at Kokotel, On arrival day staff very friendly and helpful. Our check in time was very quick, Room very comfortable and clean, The location is close by many bars and restaurants.Easy to get around Bangkok city. Am highly recommended this!!!!!
