“The receptionist informed me that breakfast starts at 8:00 AM and refused to serve breakfast before that time. However, according to the hotel’s published information, breakfast is available from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Because of this misinformation, I had to leave for the airport without breakfast. This was very disappointing.”

Very disappointing experience. Before booking, the hotel advertised full facilities, but upon arrival none of them were properly available. The air conditioning did not work, the TV was not functioning, and yet we were charged for all these facilities. They also advertised a buffet breakfast during booking, but once we arrived, they said breakfast was order-based only and charged 300 baht per person, which was not what was promised. Overall, the hotel does not deliver what it advertises. The information provided during booking was misleading. I would strongly advise other guests to be careful before booking this hotel in Bangkok. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. Reception not even while to share the owners details

This 10-storey hotel is located on Ratchadapisek Road in Bangkok. As can be guessed from the fact that the advertising sign for Chinese restaurant Les T Run attached to the front of the hotel building is huge, many Chinese users seem to be using it. The building and the guest rooms were relatively orthodox in structure, which made us feel that the price/performance ratio was high. In particular, the shower room was comfortable because of the high water pressure and the use of gas hot water. On the other hand, it was concerning that despite the use of soundproof windows, there was not a little road noise from the main road and WIFI tended to be interrupted. It was also inconvenient that there were no convenience stores, let alone restaurants, in the vicinity of the hotel, although the location seems to make it suitable for travelling by MRT.
