Very nice and quite surrounding. All Arab families need will find. Clean, no alcohol allowed and no unwanted people allowed. Have free shuttle bus to Bangkok hospital. Almost all staff talk Arabic and English.

I stay 24 days and before I was there too, really not clean and bad service, I discuss with them a bout the price and they give me on check out other price, you can found same the price better than this hotel, useless stuff, uncare about you, can't walk after 19:00pm there is dogs easy to Bite you on the way really not easy, and good for pick you up to hospital free service .

If you have a relative in Bangkok hospital there are very few choices of hotel available. We booked these serviced apartments as a last resort and they did provide a free shuttle bus to and from the hospital. We booked a superior twin bedded apartment and called in the day before our check in just to make sure it was all arranged. We were told that, despite showing photographs of twin beds, they didnt have any. I told them I was not willing to share a bed with my adult son and they offered to make up a camp bed in the lounge for a charge. We refused to pay a charge and the bed was provided. The hotel caters mainly for arabic customers so some of the communal areas were unusual. The pool looked filthy so we did not use it during our stay. The apartment itself was filthy so I had to go out to buy cleaning products to make it habitable. I had requested a no smoking room but there was a nice cigarette end awaiting us in the sink and burns to all of the tables. One spoon two forks and no knives, a filthy water boiler and one plate were provided. The hob and microwave were filthy. As for the apartment being serviced, the beds were sometimes made, the washing up not done and it was pot luck whether we got one towel or three. So, if you are desperate it is somewhere to lay your head but dont forget the cleaning products.
