We were in this hotel not for forst time, but definitely for last time. Avoid it at all cost! Dirty towels, broken bathroom (basically everyhing there - toilet, bath even sink), super dirty walls, non functional wifi at all - you even can't connect, remote for a/c broken, van just turn on or off, phone broken (ringing in the middle of the night and when you answer, you can hear just some noise). But what was worst - room smell like ash tray. Somebody smoked there a lot in the past.

The staff attitude is horrible and the WiFi connection is bad. Their reason to me is please try again (but both my phone n laptop shown "access denied" and other option connection not stable or just one bar) or because it is weekend many customers is surfing... When I check out at 12.15-12.17pm, the staff said want to charge me for late check out 400THB, he questioned me why didn't picked the PHONE. But I was in the room since 11.30am sitting on bed next to the phone eating & packing luggage. The phone wasn't ring! I told him no way for such charge... He is not happy n bang on the table and processed the checkout and refund the deposit to me. First time I met not polite Thai. Good to explore though!

We have been stayed at the hotel for many time and this time I' m very disappointed. Even i know they dont care about any comment on TripAdvisor but I'd say the room wasnt clean like HK didnt clean it up, there are hair in toilet, bed sheet was dirty and no cover bed, there is still have used bottle left in fridge and also no hair dryer like they post on Website.
