I strongly advise against this hotel My spouse and I stayed 11 nights at this hotel and we strongly advise against it. The hotel is certainly well located, close to the ICONSIAM shopping center and the BTS train station, but there is a hidden side that the photos presented on every site absolutely do not show — the reality looks nothing like the images. Deplorable cleanliness and maintenance Upon arriving, we found underwear under our bed even though we had just arrived. The rooms are only cleaned every two days, and even after housekeeping has been through, the room remains dirty and poorly cleaned. The shower is slippery even without water on the floor, and the seals are leaking everywhere. The kettles are dirty. The staff never changes the sheets or pillowcases: they just flip them over every day. In the area reserved for staff, between the room doors, you can see sheets thrown on the floor and water bottles piled up before being redistributed to guests each day. Room in poor condition The windows do not open, the bathroom is in desperate need of maintenance, and the wall decor was peeling to the point of threatening to collapse on us. We had to call the staff several times without any concrete action being taken. We asked to change rooms, which was refused to us. Air conditioning and comfort The air conditioning only worked half the time, even though it was extremely hot, and it was also very noisy. Common areas The pool is damaged, as are the terrace chairs. The hotel staff resides on-site and swims in the pool intended for guests. We also found cigarette butts on our balcony upon our arrival. The elevator is very slow. Security and outages There was a power outage during our stay: we waited 6 hours before the power came back on. Be careful not to leave your belongings lying around, as theft is possible—remember to always lock your suitcases before leaving the room. Missing amenities No dryer or washing machine available. In summary Only the lobby seems clean and welcoming. As soon as you arrive in the room, it is a total disappointment. The hotel is aging, sorely lacks hygiene and maintenance, and is in great need of a complete renovation. Housekeeping schedules are never followed: you literally have to chase after the staff to get the room "cleaned." I do not recommend this establishment. Do not hesitate if you want a shorter version for a site with a character limit, or a version with a slightly more measured tone.

Incredible experience. The staff were very kind and always willing to go the extra mile to help. The rooms were extremely clean. Location was also very good as there are convenience stores less than five minutes away on foot. You cannot hear any of the noise coming from the busy streets. The pool and gym were also very appreciated. Overall very enjoyable experience, the hotel made our trip to Bangkok really delightful and stress-free.

Booked for 3 nights, check-in at 4+ in the afternoon, room still not ready, no apologies, front desk staff told us to wait, took cleaning fee and deposit from us, attitude very rude. After cleaning went into the room but cleanliness is not up to standard, yet got the nerve to collect cleaning fee. Understandably the room is old with this price I paid but room cleanliness and staff attitude is beyond tolerance. Checkout in one hour after booking another hotel.
