I absolutely loved the accessibility of this property. Getting around was a breeze with super easy access to the BTS, Tuk-tuks, taxis, and nearby spots like Emsphere, great local food establishments, and relaxing massage parlors. I also really enjoyed being able to take a daily stroll over to Terminal 21—it was a wonderful way to stay active while soaking in the area! While the hotel itself isn't overly fancy, it offers incredible value for the price. After being out exploring all day, coming back to a spotless room was such a relief. Housekeeping did a fantastic job every single day, fresh towels were always provided, and the water refills, coffee, and tea were consistently restocked. What truly made the stay special, though, was the warmth of the staff. No matter what time we left or came back, we were always greeted with genuine smiles and friendly hellos. It made the hotel feel so welcoming, especially Khym. I would definitely stay here again!

My stay was very good, lasting 4 days, until the last day when I got a call that woke me up and it was KHYM (the receptionist); she yelled saying that I hadn't paid for the room and breakfast... I tried to explain that I had already paid, but she hung up the phone before I could finish... I didn't understand anything, and I went to the reception in my pajamas because I was so shocked; I found Ms. KHYM's behavior to be very rude, arrogant, and disrespectful... the hotel and all the staff are great, but that woman can ruin everything.

Very smelly disgusting rooms with amenities lots of roaches in room. Very dark rooms with heavy sounds of air-condition u feel like still still in aircraft. Not recommended very bad place. Not recommended and never come to this place.
