this hotel has a 2nd (back) exit onto Sukhumvit Road right at the Nana BTS. Literally when you walk out the back (through a tailor shop/day hours only) you step to the sidewalk and 15m in front of you is the BTS entrance. you have your "quickie" exit to seeing the town IF this is you main like to get around and or not wanting to walk 400m to the BTS every time you go out: this place is for you. I got a super deal. this is usually $30 to $45 per night. i got it for $28. i booked one day before a Thai holiday (no alcohol sales) so i assume less tourist. I asked for quite room and got it. king bed. small room but i think all are. big bathroom. all you need. i had to ask twice for the hot water was luke warm. they fixed it. (twice). Wifi good. the lobby is very modern and you can sit with friends and talk. nice AC in the room hall ways/lobby. you walk out the front and 30m to Soi 8 and restaurants/bars ect. of course a 7/11 there near also. always a 7//11. my room had no windows and i was find with that. I heard ZERO from the nightlife or BTS and i slept like a rock. negative: like most in this pricepoint there really is no work desk. i work at night on computer and had to sit in the lobby desk that was good/AC and fine. the desk is more of shelf for your phone, ect. For $35 and under a great place to stay (rooms are small though but very comfortable). $40 to $45+ maybe better elsewhere. but for the location it is hard to beat!

A great location for Nana area Nana station in Bangkok city. This hotel has no windows in rooms so you do not know if day or night. The room.itself is lovely with a big bed and very lovely bathroom I would like in my house but you will not get no sleep as you can hear the wooden floors from people in other rooms dragging there chairs or slamming the wooden furniture, ward robes or moving the wooden table. There is no warning or notices about maintenance work so be prepared for early morning drilling or banging on floors or walls. The location was nice for sexy Bangkok but the constant noise all the time you wont sleep. Easy fix bring in softer furniture and provide warning signs in advance about maintenance works.

Location perfect neighbor to bts sky train station you could almost touch it. Room very clean an furniture ok. Bed perfect. Power shower wet room perfect big shower room excellent hot &warm power shower. Maintainance noise day or night with no warning. The noise is very loud inside room. Room very dark even with lights on. No windows to see out in all rooms. You dont know if day or night without a watch or time on your phone No microwave to heat food No cutlery for food. No equal or sweetner for tea & coffee only sugar. No conditioner only shampoo but ok size bottles. The location is one of the better things regarding this hotel.
