Dirty hotel full with cockroaches, bad room service, I ask for changes for the torn bed lining and they inform that it is not allowed to change by the management, does this mean you don't change it also when I check out? You also need to throw your own garbage located at the stair way

Will not recommend anyone to stay here, room are dirty and fill with cockroach everyway. The air-con basically cannot be control and it was so cold that the temperature and fan speed does not respond at all. You need to throw the garbage by your own and the housekeeping will never do it for you, bed sheet are never being replaced throughout my entire stay and they are torn, I request to have them changed and they say management don't allow it, what the.... does this mean that when we check out the bed sheet will still be there for the next guest? Location are ok just a bit too crowded and a lot of cars in and out of this area. Family with kids and elderly will need to be extra careful to avoid accident. At this soi 19,there are plenty of foods to choose from. Price of this hotel are not far different from any other better quality hotel nearby, so travellers better avoid this hotel totally.

Hello everyone, I came to this hotel past year and it's still good BUT this time is WORST. Firstly, the room was full of baby cockroaches.. We called the office and told them that we have this issue and he replied " Small cockroaches are okay, no problem " I was like OMG... The A/c was very noisy and old.. The window could not lock, dangerous for kids.. This was my last visit to this property.
