Had a great stay at Benviar Tonson Residence. The hotel has a stylish, modern design, and everything was clean and comfortable. A special thanks to Rin, Tor, and Phai for their excellent service. They were friendly, professional, and always helpful. Their communication made our stay even better. Highly recommend this place, and I’d be happy to stay here again!

Incredible place to stay in the heart of Bangkok! Residence was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, staff was helpful and courteous, and the location was super convenient, yet delightfully out of the chaos. We loved being able to jump in the pool at the end of the day, and the little cafe serves delicious food and coffee as well! Highly recommend!

TLDR: A masterclass in hospitality. Exceptional 3-bedroom deluxe suites, family-like service, and world-class amenities. 11/10 in every category. In all my years of global travel, I’ve never stayed anywhere where the staff were as courteous, friendly, and genuinely supportive as they are here. The Benviar Tonson Residence isn't just a hotel; it’s a masterclass in hospitality. From the second we entered, we were treated like family by everyone, from the cleaning crew to the night staff. The Highlights of our Stay: ✅ The Staff: A massive "Khàwp khun khráp" to Rin (Duty Manager) and Tukta (Asst. Front Office Manager) for their amazing care. The night staff, Non and Cho, were also exceptionally helpful. Most importantly, the GM, “Mum,” is a beautiful soul who treated us like her own adopted sons. ✅ The Room (Suite 6A): We stayed in a 3-bedroom Deluxe Apartment. Each bedroom has its own private en-suite bathroom. The "wow" factor is the top bedroom—it has a mezzanine level with bean bags that looks right onto a massive cinema-style projector in the living area! ✅ The Climate: The air-con in both the reception and the apartments is exceptional. In the intense Bangkok heat, coming back to such a perfectly cooled room was a dream. ✅ The Facilities: There’s a deep pool, a gym, and a fantastic Kids' Club with a ball pit and toys. The reception is beautifully furnished and even has a foosball table and a retro arcade machine! ✅ The Perks: Don’t miss the on-site café (open 06:30–16:30) for a great breakfast. Also, their complimentary Tuk-Tuk service will drop you anywhere within a 5-minute radius, which is a life-saver for reaching the BTS or local shops. 📸 A Note on my Photos: I wanted to provide an honest look at the space, so my photos were taken after my two friends and I had lived in the suite for a full week, just before the final housekeeping and restocking. Also, any food/drink pictured in the kitchen was our own personal shopping—though the residence provides a great supply of water, coffee, and tea! Final Verdict: 11/10 🏆✨ Whether you’re travelling solo, with friends, or with family, this is the gold standard for Bangkok. We would come back in a heartbeat!
