Clean hotel n nice clean breakfast. Room TV should add more English n Chinese chanels. They have only Thai chanels we don't understand at all. Outside corridor hotel 5mins walk got 7 eleven. 20mins walk to tesco n wet Market. Mbk mall nearby walking distance.

We stayed November 2019. We stayed previously January 2018. Room facilities are basic, but everything is thought about, and everything is spotless clean and everything works. Breakfasts are the best we have had in similar accommodations in Thailand, Cambodia and Laos. Staff at reception are very well informed and very helpful.

The place is literally within walking distance from MBK, where you can do your shopping and jump on the BTS train to other parts of the city. Hua Chang (Elephant) Pier where you can take water taxi is just around the corner at the other direction. There are a number of restaurants on the same road. Across the bridge (near the pier) you will find thai restaurant and bar too. The hotel itself has a laundry shop attached, and only 100 bath per kg, very convenient. The staff is friendly and helpful. They gave me a free upgrade from a room with single bed to double bed, and when I wanted a room with a view (window of the first room was facing another wall), they obliged too. (I booked it from Agoda, but pressed "enter" too fast before I expressed my appreciation for the staff)
