To escape. Suitable room but incomprehensible and incompetent staff. At the check in they take us into a room we had booked and go to bed, at 1:00 in the morning the night watchman who doesn't speak a word of grumpy English at the door leaving me barely time to get dressed, to show me are phone with Google trad telling me I have to leave with my wife because I'm not in the right room? We then spent an hour at the front desk waiting for them to find a solution while the staff was on the phone with the boss and laughing. He'd put us in another gentleman's room and asked us to leave immediately because he'd paid before? After really insisting they understood that we had booked well and that it was just completely deceived, after paying our night at 2 am we could go to sleep! No more breakfast and we have to do our own dishes! Invisible manager. Very warm shower. For the price we were quite surprised to find ourselves in a kind of hostel. Very disappointed for our last night in Bangkok.

Property is in between Ari and Saphan Kwai BTS station, which makes it convenient to travel around Bangkok. There's 7-11 and a Big C hypermarket nearby too. Room was decent and it's relatively clean. AC was strong enough to keep us cool in Bangkok's weather. Housekeeping is daily at around 9am which you will have to leave the room. Each room comes with a balcony to dry your clothes too. Shower was good with strong water and they provide shower gel and shampoo, along with towels. No other toiletries were provided. If you arrive from Don Mueang, a grab/taxi ride will take you around 30mins with moderate traffic.
