Sena Place Hotel

The women at the front desk were the rudest staff I ever ever dealt with at a hotel. They were very unhelpful, condescending and snarky. I also lost an item and have emailed them multiple times without a response. The room was not nice at all. I did not even have a shower curtain. Was woken up every night by noises in other rooms and dogs barking. I Did not feel safe in this hotel either. When I first arrived there was no one there to help with bags, I had to carry a backpack and two huge suitcases up a huge flight of stairs after walking 40 minutes to find the location in the first place. When I needed to stay one extra night they tried to charge me 100 baht more for water and towels. This is advertised as a “luxury” hotel. That could not be further from the truth. I have never had such a bad experience in my entire life and I have travelled a lot.

Did an online booking for this hotel. Upon reaching, I was told the price I paid for the booking does not include towels & toiletries. I was asked to pay 100 baht more for those! Very old hotel. Small TV. My first and last stay for this hotel. Avoid if possible!

Old hotel with adequate facilities. There is no international channel in TV. Near chatucak market and big c department store and halal food.The hotel provide free tuktuk to nearest BTS Station. Fit for short term stay and budget traveller
