Great location. The staff is polite, nice and very helpful. The rooms are clean and air conditioned. Breakfast: fruit, toast, tea, coffee and eggs. In addition, you can leave your luggage at the reception even after returning the keys to your room. The only negative point: sometimes in the bathroom you smell skeptical pit smells. If this happens, notify the reception, they will take care of it immediately.

Good hotel in a very good location, a little away from the noise and the world, run by a firm and friendly owner. Rooms at the back of the establishment a little small, excellent beds, faulty air conditioning quickly repaired, good breakfasts. A nice stay

At the outset I probably need to say that I’ve stayed in many, many fan only rooms during months of Asian travels over the years. I therefore know what to expect. The room here however was the hottest fan room I’ve ever had anywhere. I don’t know whether it was the room position in relation to the sun or the design of the building but it was stiflingly hot with no air moving even with the window open. Aside from that, it’s a well run hotel, rooms are small but clean and a good price. The bathroom was tiny and doubled as a sauna! It’s in a great part of Bangkok, Soi Samsen area is the only place we stay when in town. Lots of good bars and restaurants around but away from KSR (20 min walk if you like that sort of thing). I’d come back here but only in an a/c room at this time of year. Think I lost a stone in sweat!
