Sawasdee Bangkok Inn

The room was horrible!!! Dirty, old, broken stuff.... I was with my friend and we stayed one night, we didn't even dare to lie down on bed and use the blanket .... we wasted our money in fact! The room was 1000% !!! different to what the photos of the hotel were showing.

The atmosphere was hostile for me and my family. They were very rude and uncooperative. Kindly stop endorsing them. Their room key was cracked and when it broke they blamed my family for it and asked for money. No room service was provided. When we asked for our share of complimentary drinking water they rudely asked us to go and buy it from a departmental store and when we said it’s included in our stay, they taunted us and said we cannot afford to buy water. Kindly look into the matter.

So we were backpacking Asia and usually budget around £30 for the both of us per night which sounds expensive but we always go for private room with en-suite. After seeing the website this place looked clean and fantastic. We could not be more wrong! This hotel is far from the photos on the website. It took 10 minutes for the staff to get us into the room as the bed was pushed against the door due to the room being so small. We were moved room twice due to no hot water and dirty bedding that has not been changed. We were due to stay an extra night but instead decided to fly a night early so I stayed up in reception until our flight to avoid the room.
