Boone Place

The hotel is excellent location in Bangkok with low rate the booking made by Trends Travel and Tourism ( 0096892165165 / 0096826886161) the hotel is good for solo person and really appreciated for front desk staff

I had a great time at boone place. Excellent service from the reception. i stayed there for my 1st 2days after arriving from china. My plans was to go around bangkok and it is very near to the city center

I stayed 4 days 3 nights with my gal friend. Our experience was not a good one as on the second day, when we returned to hotel in the evening, we found our package food was left open on the tv table. Immediately we rang the staff asking for explanation but they seemed not to surprise to our complaint. They apologized and offered us breakfast voucher which we rejected. Our doubt was, who opened the package? sadly the staff couldn't give us an answer but apology. Since that night, weird thing happened, our toiletries put on the basin fell on the floor in the midnight at around 2am. We at first thought it was due to the ventilator in the toilet but it was switched off, and there was no window in the bathroom. It happened the following night too. We have no answers to why all this happened, it is still a mystery to us. If the housekeeper were to open the package, why didn't he/ she took the package but left the remnants in the room. The package was torn open and folded properly on the tv table. This is definitely my last stay in this hotel as it is scary to me.
