ello, we recently stayed at Picnic Hotel from September 12 to September 15, and we would like to share some feedback to help improve your service. We arrived around 1:00 PM on September 12. There were two staff members assisting us. The female staff member was very friendly and helpful. However, the male staff member did not smile or show much friendliness toward us throughout our stay. As this is a service industry, we felt that his attitude could have been more welcoming. Regarding the late check-out policy, we understood from your Facebook communication that direct bookings could check out at 1:00 PM if the room was available. We forgot to inform the hotel in advance that we planned to check out at 1:00 PM, so the hotel contacted us at 12:00 PM to check out. We understand that we should have informed the hotel beforehand, but it would also have been helpful if the hotel had confirmed the late check-out arrangement with us before September 15. At around 12:20 PM on September 15, I asked the reception staff about this policy. The female receptionist in the middle appeared upset and responded in a way that we felt was quite rude when we mentioned the policy. It also seemed that the reception staff were not familiar with the policy and had to check the messages to confirm it. This made us feel uncomfortable. However, we would also like to mention the positive points. The room was spacious and beautiful, the staff who helped with our luggage was very nice, and the housekeeping staff were friendly and did a great job. We would also like to thank the female staff member who assisted us with check-in on September 12. I don't know her name, but I remember she was slightly round and very friendly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciate the good service from the staff mentioned above. We hope this feedback can help improve the guest experience in the future.

The locality and the surrounding is always the place is choose as it is close by Arl and Bts skytrain . Close by to every malls and eatery. There is also a park right next to the hotel. King power is right across the street. The breakfast is good with various non veg option and ovo vegetarian but does lack on vegetarian option , yet can be managed with salads and bread but not always with hot food options. Housekeeping was good and luggage storage option after checkout is also there. Front office staff are friendly . I had confirmend booked and paid for my 7 days stays there. As we were group of three , we needed a hotel letterhead confirmation of our stay for evisa ( booking only had my name and not others), therefore after many request they did gave us even though they were very reluctant . We shared our side of the issue and to change in booking meant cancelling and re booking at more costly rate. My simple request is if possible they could have a small water dispenser or water jar in the lobby area. Some guest after checkout and taking the luggage out for storage wanted to drink water from the dinning area and the front office flatly said they can only buy and drink .

I recently stayed at Picnic Hotel Bangkok and had a wonderful experience. The location is convenient, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the overall atmosphere feels warm and welcoming. The staff were consistently polite, helpful and attentive, making sure that guests feel taken care of throughout their stay. I especially appreciated how well-maintained the facilities were and how smooth everything went from check-in to check-out. This hotel truly offers great value for money. I’d be happy to stay here again on my next visit to Bangkok. Highly recommended!
