Old staff,not sympathetic .pushing you to go places you don t want to. The taxi from the hotel is unplesent. Room are old and location not so good. They charge you extra for nothing and the room is old and smell not good. Was only 2 nights! Never again.

the hotel is near Pratunam market which is convenient to travel and shopping. It's very good accommodation, clean room and cheap price. The staff is helpful and enthusiastic, but don't follow what they said related to travel tour or places to go, they will guide you to some places with higher price.

we reached Bangkok late evening and we were very much tired, reception was not good. Hotel is very old but rooms are very well maintained and hygeine. Other staff was friendly and generous. Breakfast was nice, not much options tough. Shopping markets were not near by but can be reached within 20 minutes. Overall it was a great experience
