Hotel halts guests bus about 150 meters away, without sending bellboys with trollies. Guests have to lug the luggage to the Hotel, which is very inconvenient. On checking in, many items were found missing. A list, attached, depicting the cost was provided. The 2 ladies at the Reception, taking undue advantage of being the fairer sex, were most rude and uncouth. After much ado, the Security Manager came and ascertained the deficient/damaged items, particularly intercom, hair dryer, duvet covers, stained bed-sheets, table lamp, mug, spoon, etc. He assured that guests will not be charged at check-out for them/pre-thefts. Shockingly, the Reception did not provide the keys of the Safe in the room, which makes mal-intention to steal valuables obvious. Details of Police officials are neither displayed, nor provided to the guests. No of Lifts are inadequate. No dedicated parking exists for vehicles. Lights in the room are rather dim and inadequate. No bath-tub in the room. Electric kettle to brew tea is not provided. The layout of the complimentary breakfast is poor and random, iec does not adhere to the normal courses. There is no live counter to make eggs to order, heat the sausages, etc. Guests have to eat cold and rubbery scrambled and boiled eggs. The fruits, except, mango, were sub-standard. Bread-rolls, etc are not provided. Again, at check-out, bell-boys with trolly to cart luggage were not provided. Overall, bad experience. Hotel is a stigma on the Hospitality Industry. Best avoided, if another option is available. I urge the Thailand Tourism Minister and Bangkok authorities to look into the pre-thefts and poor hospitality at Evotel Hotel and freeze their licence for atleast 6 months.

Very worst hospitality... Morning Breakfast they close by 10..even if you are eating they will switch off the lightings and force you to get out... Breakfast terrible... Male attenders at the reception very rude...our travel agents book this hotel... We communicated this issues to him for which he appologised

The hotel is well located, but windows need to be kept down for privacy. I was a bit hesitant to book this hotel seeing the mixed reviews, but my actual visit made it clear that all the fears were unfounded. The rooms are good, and well furnished, with AC and all the usual amenities (including bathroom slippers). While there are no electric kettles in the rooms, there is a common hot water facility on each floor and flasks in each room. There are a lot of TV channels including many Indian channels. The WiFi is free and fast. The hotel is well located, with good shopping spots within 1 km max, and is surrounded by Indian restaurants. Check-in and Check-out were very smooth, but a B 2,000 refundable deposit is required.
