Upon check in the lady (She is thin and not tan skin girl) at the Front Desk was not polite. No service mind and unfriendly. Say only check in time is 14:00 hrs. No greeting and not care customer anymore eventhough take the seat first or offer help. Water leaking from air con anyway another staff upgrade to better room that's fine. At night time staff stay like personaly at sofa with girlfriend and boyfriend. Not properly outstanding and not prompt working hours. Room and bathroom are clean, bed is comfortable. Good location close to BTS 5 mins walk and close to 7-11 shop. Good location but poor service. Dear Management team, suggest to improve services. Thank you.

Affordable hotel in a good location, with a short walk from Airport Rail Link, BTS Phayathai or Victory Monument where you can take a bus to almost all places in Bangkok. There is a shopping mall nearby where restaurant choice is plentiful. Coffee shops and convenient store is a few step away. The bed room, the bath room and toilet are all clean I would like to rate this property a bit higher but the problem of this place is noise. The wall are paper-thin and I can hear my neighbor clearly just like we are in the same room. The bed make a rattle noise at each of our movement. So, it's pretty difficult for a good sleep

I stayed here for 2 nights from 24-26 July. It located about 300 meters from the phaya thai bts station, and there is 7 eleven just 10 meters from the hostel front door. I rented the room with bunk beds, average , good enough to sleep. The male staff were not communicative, barely talk or say anything. I would say it unfriendly, fyi i moved a lot from hostel to hostel in bangkok and pattaya, and only here i found a staff so straight faced with no emotion, not even say hi or hello to traveller. i definitely will not book again.
