The Heritage Baan Silom

I was staying there regularly 15 years ago, I stopped because of the state of continuous degradation. I wanted to try again, because there is everything at once, a swimming pool, a gym and a safe. Bad idea. No maintenance has been done, only the price remains attractive, but it is still expensive paid for what it is. Apart from 2 people, the staff is not friendly. I booked by booking but that itself goes through a local intermediary, so my instructions were not respected (a large double bed) and the staff tells me that no details were given during the booking. When I arrived at 1pm I was asked to come back at 2pm, and when I returned to my room the cleaning was not done. I was not very friendly considering that I accepted their schedules to within an hour. I was given a room, smaller but at least it was clean. As for everyday cleaning, I ended up refusing. Despite my request, they changed the towels every day. Not very ecological. Finally, I only have one word, go somewhere else, personally it's definitive, I'll never go back.

Hello, this message is for all future guests staying at this hotel from December 23 to 27, 2024 it is really not recommended I spent 4 days in Bangkok in this hotel, a health disaster Bathroom joins them moldy, moldy bathroom curtain, washbasin of the bathroom the electric wires apparent if you have children next door and touching. You’re sure they’ll stay put. The sheets never changed and with stains And we left with a lot of punctures on our bodies because of the mattress, I think it must have been bed fleas. Defective hair dryer, risk of fire at connection The pool is missing a safety sign to prevent children from falling 10 floors It is really not recommended and if I could find this hotel I had rented from Booking, it is because they removed the Booking because there were too many complaints and I just found it on this site I attach the pictures

I noticed that this is one of the lower priced hotels in the area. I wondered why. Well the location is very good. Very close to transportation. The bed was comfortable and warm cover. The AC worked too well. The staff was good and friendly. Great local food nearby weekday mornings. The hotel finishes are on the lower end and that’s where you see the lower cost. The TV was small. I suggest that they get rid of the broken sofa in the lobby. It looks bad and serves no purpose.
