Floraville Serviced Apartment

This was the worst experience ever. The building and grounds are in urgent need of maintenance and, in some cases, major renovations. The courtyard swimming pool is drained (unless it rains) and is filled with rubbish. No barriers exist so don't let children out unsupervised. It is a great source of mosquitos! Garden is in similar condition - uncared for with lots of rubbish. The gym has no airconditioning and equipment is mostly broken. Tennis court needs renovation before it is usable. This is an apartment building, not a hotel, so don't expect any service. The condition of individual rooms is dependent on the individual owner - but be aware that all are old and common utilities such as water pipes and sewerage pipes get blocked and broken. Most apartments are empty. Also be aware that the apartment is a long way from the tourist areas of Bangkok and there is not a lot around the apartment in terms of places to eat, drink, shop etc.

Place is full of damages and totally run down. Maybe 30 Years ago it was a decent price but nowadays has to be one of the worst choices to stay. Area is super inconvenient and guests who stay here are really strange. Avoid!

Towers A and B are bustling and all privately owned, available for rent (long or short terms). The management for Towers A and B runs the place well and clean. We were in Tower A facing west to the spectacular all of Bangkok view, right up to the Kasikorn diamond shaped building top across Nonthaburi province The serviced apartments are mostly in Towers C and D, which is separately managed. The whole complex is 200m to a hospital, 5 minutes walk to eateries (Pizza Company, Swensen's, Thai restaurants etc and a 24 hour big MaxValue Supermarket) or 7 minutes walk to airport link, which connects to MRT stations. 25 minutes car ride to Suvarnabhumi airport (The area has high traffic now- short term- as they are in the midst of constructing a BTS or monorail station.) Definitely worth buying at an upcoming prime spot.
