Hotel Cleopatra Luxury Resort - North Coast Sidi Heneish 5* August2024g The hotel evokes a double sense. On the one hand – wonderful beach ,emerald sea,super good worker accepted Ahmet (thank him very much). On the other hand, construction, super bad Hotel Guide Khalid, hotel isolation. Now in order. The hotel is located on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea, but in complete isolation (therefore the prices of excursions are high) . The nearest town is one hour away. But the Hotel Guide doesn't organize trips there - it's not to his advantage. This Guide is a story in itself. How's he kept at work? I thought those types were gone. They were found during the early tourism in Egypt. But maybe not everyone's gone. We took three rooms for five people. They paid $11,000. And they probably would have returned to this hotel again if it wasn't for this Guide. Let the hotel management thank him. We chose Cleopatra because we visited the hotel of this chain in Hurghada 8 times. And we were always happy. At the prices of excursions- Alexandria-individual-750 yachts (we agreed with another guide for 500 yachts) requested 2700 yachts for 4 hours. A lot of nuances with tours. We need to clarify. The hotel is small. A radius of 1,600 meters. Bad wi-fi. The minibar in the room is filled once - then only the water is replenished. Beach towels are freely available. Bathrobe, slippers, iron on request. The safe didn't work in the room - it hasn't been fixed in 10 days. Very confusing hotel paths. Italian restaurant (it's free once)-sucks. Little green. The beach is crowded and the most interesting thing is - there are no buoys in the sea and rescuers are chasing floating left and right .Going into the crowd - so you can see for yourself .Comedy. Mojitos can only be done at the front desk. They clean poorly. The staff is polite enough.

I have been to some countries outside India but this trip to Egypt was awesome. Those who love ancient history, one visit to Egypt is a must. It was 7 night 8 days days your. Cairo museum is very very good. You need to spend at least half a day to see everything. Sites worth mentioning: Trips to Giza pyramid, Alexandria, Aswan dam, Abu Simbel, valley of the kings at Luxor. Enjoyed the Nile Cruise. Some temples like Kom Ombo and Edfu are more or less the same. So it might be slightly boring. People are hospitable. Avoid purchasing anything from Alabaster factory as they will cheat you. Caution : Do not go with Jatrik Travel Agency of Kolkata. They are very unprofessional and unplanned. You might miss a lunch ir dinner due to bad timings. Their Manager is very rude and he charged us extra payment than others in the group. It turned out everyone paid different amounts though originating from same place. Though I had a bitter experience with the Travel Agency, if I ever get a chance I will visit Egypt again - ofcourse with a different your company.

I guess i was lucky enough to check in at Chaleena Bangkok Hotel that day. As i informed that i was traveling alone and needed a room for two nights. They asked me if i want a cheaper room. So i happily accepted the offer and to my surprise it was Egypt Boutique. Amazing interior and luxurious room. As i entered the lobby the interior caught my eyes. Taking about the room. It is comfy and quiet. I was surprised to find out BBC and Aljazeera on TV. There are multiple english channels. I didn't spent much time to explore the hotel but i found that all the staffs were friendly. nevertheless, malls and attractions are quite far from the hotel. perhaps around 45 minutes. you can find small food stall just near by the hotel which isnt bad at all. its a must try spot. if you are willing to spend few baht on taxi this hotel can be a good choice.
