This hotel is near Bts train ride,and also near Gateway departmentstore.The hotel is very quite,room clean,and nice staff they all are very helpfull. It is worth for staying here and for money. I think i will comeback again.

This is a small hotel with a very rude and brash man running the location. The woman receptionist isn't accommodating at all; she doesn't greet you, as a more professional staff would, and she is unhelpful, disrespectful and dishonest. On my departure day she told me that the hotel would not call me a taxi and I needed to walk to the main road to order one.I brought a taxi back to the hotel and the taxi driver was trying to charge me 500 baht for a 60 baht ride. This woman had the confidence to come outside and agree with the taxi driver that he should charge me 500 baht. After two failed attempts, I came back and advised her that she needs to call me a taxi. She did not realise I understood Thai language and she told the maid (owner's wife) to call her in 20 minutes to say that the taxi has been cancelled. I am so appalled at the professionalism displayed at this hotel. The hotel only has two washing machines and the hotel staff uses the washers quite frequently and it is extremely hard to wash your clothing while staying at this property. They wash the hotel linens, personal clothing and towels. When I finally got a chance to use the washing machine I came down 10 minutes after the cycle had completed. I found my clothing in a dirty bucket and I was furious! An hotel employee (owners wife) called the woman receptionist outside and she had the audacity to say that she took them out in order for her to wash her personal clothing. This is so unacceptable for a business and what makes the situation worse, the owners wife overheard the entire conversation and nothing was said or done to correct her amateurish behaviour. As I was talking to her she just turns her back on me and walks away. I am so disgusted with this hotel and its staff. It has been an uncomfortable five days and I cannot wait for this experience to be over! If I had not prepaid the gentleman I would have vacated the property a few days ago. The rooms are very small and the address is 902, which means it is considerably deep within the soi. Once arriving and settled in our rooms, I believe the hotel is a bit overpriced for the location, room size and the amenities the hotel offers. The maids literally dropped off towels and trash bags so we can refresh our own room. I don't understand what I paid for when the hired help isn't doing what is currently written in their contract. The WiFi only works for two devices at a time while using the network. We had a misunderstanding over water (that the hotel provides) and was only given one when it's two people residing in the room. We were told that in this 90 degree weather, for two grown adults and we have to use bottled water to brush our teeth, we are only going to receive one bottled water a day. Well, I was flabbergasted by this man's comment. I would never suggest anyone to accommodate this hotel until they learn what customer service is and how to treat a paying guest. Booking may need to look again at offering this hotel on their website until the owner learns how to properly run the establishment.
