Very Very rude behaviour from one receptionist lady, room service needed to be learnt from other hotels and they also hassle the customer by telling lie and they also charges too much for transportation from hotel to airport.

Behavior and service both were disgusting.Hotel was not clean enough and they don't even know how to behave with the customers specially one receiptionist girl. Behavior is very rude specially towards Indian, Bangladeshi,Nepal,Mayanmar and such countries people(Can call them racist also). They also increase their rent as their wish without following any rules.Had a horrible experience there.Very Very Very disappointing.

Very quiet hotel in the middle of Bangkok.Difficult to find hidden behind Bumrungrad International Hospital. Rooms were basic but had all we needed to rest our heads after a busy day. It was within walking distance of Nana Sky train. Seemed to be shortage of towel some nights. Staff did not say a lot or try to interact with you. We ate at the Bumrungrad International Hospital which was air conditioned and had a food court and coupon system also MacDonalds and Starbucks
