Nice place to go early to the airport or to go to the national Park of doi suthep pui. House is very nice. Staff also. Clean room. Coffee free for breakfast. Just one bad thing flights just over so very noisy.

We stayed here for one night when we first arrived in Chiang Mai. Very close to the airport, so you constantly hear aeroplanes overhead. Room was spacious and comfortable, aircon worked well. We were told our room had an ensuite bathroom which it didn't, it was shared with one other room. There was filtered water, coffee, tea and toast and jam available to us so technically breakfast was included.

This is a gem of a place close to the airport! The owner is hands on, fetched us at the airport and took us back, at no extra cost! He even took me to a dealer in town to rent a motorbike and on top of that borrowed me his GPS! The rates are extremely reasonable and the place is clean and well kept. Will definitely go back there if I visit Chiang Mai again
