I unfortunately booked to stay here for 2 nights with Booking.com. Within an hour I received a personal Wattsapp message from the hotel asking me if I would cancel my booking as they had overbooked. They obviously did not want to do this themselves as it would have affected their rating! I cancelled the booking as requested, and then within the hour they took full payment for both nights! After numerous requests for them to repay me they paid me back 50% of the money that they took. They have rejected paying me the full amount as they are said that I cancelled the accommodation late!!

1/5 star for check in after that was just crash. In the room only 2 beds (Floated). Let's get to the bathroom. Mirror never cleaned. Toilet glasses rusted through. Plastic that had already dissolved. By the way, paper would have a thicker wall density. After all, there was a drive-by window for everyone in the lobby. Shower was 3 in 1. Sink, shower and faucet. Who is into adventure is only recommended

We were planning to have a Christmas Trip in Chiang Mai, and we found this hostel. Pictures look nice, but once there everything is different. I am sorry to say it is not a healthy place where to stay. Toilets and showers are extremely dirty and smelly. You can see some green areas all over the walls, and the humidity smell is horrible. Special mention to the Noise, which is the worst thing in this place, as it is made of wood, but normally, 95 per cent of people are not considerate on how to walk, despite all the images you can see on the walls. It is mandatory to take your shoes off, which is a pretty nice tradition, but as mentioned before, most of people do not care at all, as they probably think this is la la land. The worst is that the owner or receptionists do not tell off about it, even if you mention it to them. So, I am sorry to say it has been pretty much a very negative experience that's why I am leaving this score.
