A very good place stay that is of good value and conviniently located in Chiang Mai. If the room cleaning service was conducted on a stricter schedule as opposed to random times every day then it would have been a five start review. All in all I stayed here for one month and was very happy with it. Worth noting that WiFi was very good too, unlike many other hotels.

Stay here for 2 nights during our chiangmai trip. Very satisfy. The room is clean n staff's service is good. Location is a little bit far from old city but is convenience since the songthaew always passed by and there is a 7-11nearby. I love the breakfast prepared by the staff so much and the place for having breakfast is very comfortable. The breakfast is just a simple sandwich with coffee or tea but taste good. Just the bathtub is a bit dirty.

Stayed here our first night in Chiang Mai but decided to move for the rest of our stay. Location was a 5-10 min walk to night market but not in the more charming area of the old city. Room was clean, bathroom was really old and could have been a little cleaner. Bed and pillows were terribly hard. AC worked well, wifi was ok, faster some times than others. Breakfast was pretty sad. Overall, underwhelming, but I guess you get what you pay for.
