Beds where hard. No place four luggage. Booked 2 villas, 1 was that run done requested to be moved. Villa sizes very significantly. Very hard to find. Staff were assisting. Kitchen facilities for use by all?

Our room was nice and clean. The design of the hotel is very unique. You will feel like you are in the garden. However, the hotel does not offer parking lots, and that makes it difficult for travelers who drive their own cars. The location of the hotel is a bit far from the main road, you might need to walk around 10-15 minutes to get public transportations to the tourist attractions, but if you just would like to find some simple street food or 7-11, there are a lot in the area, and the hotel is so kind to have bicycles for guests to borrow. Will be back :)

Our first booking was for a standard room for 2 nights. Due to an accident and I was unable to travel to Pai, so we made a 2nd booking for a villa for 4 nights. We arrived at the hotel around 3:15 pm. We presented our passports for check-in. We explained to the lady that we have 2 bookings: first is villa and second is standard room. She kept on saying her system showed only standard room. She even had to phone an agent to clarify. I eventually showed her my reservations on hotels.com but she insisted that there's no villa available. I am standing on my crutches and it has been 30 minutes already. I said just give us standard room and we'll dispute with hotels.com ourselves. All of a sudden, she suddenly seems to understand a little more and said villa tonight and standard room tomorrow. At this point, I'm upset, tired, frustrated and just want to rest. I had the passports out by the counter for almost 45 minutes and she didn't need them. Once we sorted out the room situation, and as I was leaving the reception area, she had the audacity to ask for the copy of my passport. I was speechless and even thought of finding another hotel who offers better customer services. We certainly don't expect fluent English but come on, this is a hotel establishment. I can only assume they don't cater to non-Thai folks. We travel extensively and this check-in experience is probably the worst we have encountered. Our villa is on the first floor, just a few steps away from the reception area. You can hear the planes' engine quite clearly. The hot water is definitely not hot despite the knob is turned all the way to the max. Bed is comfy and wifi is strong. There's a mini fridge and slippers. Overall, the first impression is very crucial. There's a lot of room for improvements for this modern hotel.
