I enjoyed our stay. The hotel was beautiful. It was clean, comfortable, and the room was spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. I travelled in a group of 14 family members, in 5 separate rooms, and everyone had a great experience!

The hotel was in an excellent location and the hotel itself is good. But it’s the little things that I struggled with. Lots of staff either sitting around one particular member of staff smirked a few times and was really unhelpful when trying to ask if they could provide some gluten free options for my daughter as she’s celiac for breakfast, after this he was always quite cold with me. . I’m unsure if they were short staffed for breakfast but like a few people have mentioned. I would skip breakfast. Trying to get a cuppa with breakfast was tricky and I had to ask lots to get one I think we may of been a little unlucky when we arrived as we had flown over 5000 miles and were desperate to sleep, there was work next to our joining room and lots of banging. When I queried this, I was advised that there was information in the Lift to explain this. After complaining they were very good and stopped the work. We were in the family room and between the bathroom and the main room they had shutters to open. I think to watch the tv in the bedroom from the bath. In all honesty it was not a nice feature. The hotel is so close to being really nice, but I found it was the little things like lack on soap in the main toilets, next to pool, lack of towels next to pool. Lack of seats in Bedroom, toilet roll running out In bathroom next to pool and not being replaced. It could do with someone staying there to try out the layout. The main rooms felt stuffy , the air in was quite smelly at times. The hotel has the potential to be amazing and in all honesty I felt disappointed - my experience of Thailand with hotels has always been super friendly but this was not my experience this time.

Top boutique hotel tucked away in the heart of Chiang Mai. 5 minute walk to old Town and the wall with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Staff were friendly and helpfull and the rooms were spacious and well appointed. We were in a family suite with shared bathroom but it was fine and suited our needs. Good little bar and pool downstairs and the best club sandwich I have ever had.
