This hotel is really horrible. We went to Chiangmai during Loy Kratong festival and booked this hotel for 3 nights. Just to get cancelled at last mins because they overbooked the room. Not only us, a lot of guests (I meant a lot, some guests were waiting outside the hotel all day but the owner was hiding inside) got canceled at last mins as well. We were all scrambled to look for rooms which was extremely hard to find during that time and the hotel did not do anything to help. Don't book this hotel period!

I booked 10 days before a room from November 15th to 18th during Loy Krathong at this hotel. The reservation was paid and confirmed 10 days before. The night before I took my flight from Paris on the night of 14 to 15 the establishment cancelled my reservation without any justification, which did not allow me to find another reservation in the city on that date. During Loy Krathong everything is sold out in Chiang Mai! I find this behaviour absolutely scandalous and unprofessional. So I would not advise this establishment and I think it should not be trusted. I had to call some friends over night to stay with me. Without the help of a friend, I had to take a plane to Bangkok as soon as I arrived at Chiang Mai airport!

SCAM CAUTION I booked 4 days from 14 to 18 November 2024 to go to the Yi peng party in chiang mai, the day before arrival I received an email asking me to cancel the reservation because they can not receive me, I had booked several days ago and received the confirmation. I obviously did not cancel it and went there normally with my reservation. On site I was waiting for dozens of other people who had also booked their room but who could not access it because our rooms are already rented. They have overbooked and try to rob you if you cancel because if you cancel, you will not be refunded. The explanation present at the place is sheets of paper with roughly written "the owner died recently and the new one does not know computer systems, be inventive to find another home". Agoda should refund us, but don't go, not even outside of the Yi peng party, don't give your money to thieves.
