Happy to have booked in Mo Rooms for our honeymoon, The staff was very attentive and charming. They booked tours for us and gave us a honeymoon surprise. The room was very pretty and unique, highly recommended.

Unclean, false advertising, The black walls and darkness are just to hide the unclenleaness the same goes for the dim lights, the “bath” advertised is big and i booked this room excited for a bath, when we arrived the bath was unclean( running theme) and the plug hole didn’t shut, we found out from staff this is purposeful so they advertise a bath you cannot fill, when then reluctantly going to shower instead there was no hot water, staff then confirmed all of these things common complaints, the hot water got fixed for 5 minutes and then it went off again he did show us the box that was meant to help us fix, i will attach a photo because i was not touching that… The tv was gone off the wall, not an awful problem, but something that was advertised and not given… the wall just had stains and holes where it had meant to be. Floor dirty but as it was black i pressume they think it doesn’t matter. Wires coming out of lights I just am so unhappy with the fact of cleaning was done properly and they had what they said they did This room has the potential to be amazing, I do not tend to bother with little issues in rooms cause I get that things happen and if I am happy and there’s not huge issues I am satisfied, But with this room i booked so excited, payed more to have the bath not only compared to their other rooms but also to other hotels which were much lower cost… to then be gravely disappointed. I wouldn’t bother booking simply because it’s clear staff are frustrated having to deal with complaints that then the owner is saying they cannot have fixed, I mean come on hot water is a basic need.

Super cool, unique boutique like hotel. Small scale with all unique rooms that refer to Chinese astrology. We had the rooms Horse and Snake. Food great, service extremely friendly and right in the old part of Chiang Mai.
