Pool was green and didn't work. Charged us 50 THB extra for breakfast, when we asked for a refund (as the breakfast was AWFUL, and stunk SO BAD), the manager/owner took the money from his own wallet, so clearly pocketed the extra. Went into the gym, the lights were off and there was black mould EVERYWHERE. The 'gym' is one TINY room, in this other bigger building which has nothing in it other than moult. It was quiet and like a ghost town. The entire hotel was stuck in the 70s, it looks like back in the day it'd be a fancy hotel, but now its got such a sad and abandoned vibe. The staff was following us around when we were just wondering which was super weird. When we arrived it was like 2pm, so we asked about food. They said its closed that day and to order something ourselves (Theres such limited food options, and its an awful location so had to walk many km to get it ourselves but wtv). Also no help booking local taxis as no grab drivers would come to the hotel for some reason. The rooms were actually clean and alright. Some staff were nice too, but the scammy old one completely threw me off. Anyway theres nothing wellness about this place. If anything its caused me more issues

Definitely not worth the money very old and run down deserves to be a 1 to 2 star the room I was in safe did not work lighting terrible tiles cracked Not a hot shower breakfast is ok if you live in a Thai village There is no restaurant or bar and in the middle of no where was very disappointed charged me an eaters amount for a bed I did not need

I was looking for a spa hotel, somewhere that offers some relaxing therapies but this was not it! The whole place is pretty old and outdated. The bedrooms were not very clean and the bedsheets smelt old and didn't have that fresh feeling. Bathrooms very run down and shower pressure non existent. The location is awful but that was my own fault for not doing enough research. I canceled my 3 day booking on the day I arrived as I wasn't happy and the booking.com site displayed me a refund for one day only which I was willing to accept. The hotel charged me for the whole stay and refused to refund anything. All in all this was a saddening experience for me. I booked the Rainforest Boutique instead and this place is amazing and half the price!
