Not a 5 star experience. Started with the toilet leaking water significantly, they left us for 40 minutes in the room with 2 maintainers and a maid while we, just arrived, had not even had time to open our suitcases yet. The situation seemed resolved (although no one thought to clean the bathroom after the various maintenance interventions) so having already lost a lot of time we went out to see the city, but, on our return we find the toilet leaking again and, trying to take a shower, we find that the shower head of the same was not working. So we go to the reception where, not without communication difficulties as the staff speaks a rather questionable English, we explain the problem and are proposed, at seven in the evening, to bring in the maintainer again. Since we were tired and after the trip we had not even been able to take a shower given the various problems, we ask for a change of room that, at least this, we are granted. I find it absurd that in a 5-star hotel, faced with this type of problem, it should be the customer to spontaneously ask to change rooms as well as it is absurd that on our arrival they left us like idiots to assist in the maintenance attempt. I overlook the quality of the spoken English (not even in writing, because a certain one was even asked to take a photo of what we had written to do the translation) and also about the cleanliness I would have something to say: used shower and whirlpool, the next day in the shower there was still the hair of the day before. Since apparently bathrooms are not their strong suit, I would also add that the shower water was lukewarm and if used to take a couple of showers or a longer one it also became cold. Also at the level of towels provided: counted and unpleasant material. Moreover, aesthetically the structure in the exterior is very beautiful but rich in paths with ponds and plants, which implies a high presence of mosquitoes. Hotel restaurant: we requested a room service, after 10 minutes of conversation in which I was switched from one waiter to another they still managed to get the order wrong, which was missing a part. Besides, what was ordered was not even much. It is best eaten in the various local restaurants and street food. In summary: definitely not 5 star service. Maybe from 3.

Returned to RarinJinda in October 25. Had stayed previously in. 2024 and loved it. They have a lovely selection for breakfast including fresh juices and great coffee. I stay here as love the aqua therapy pool, onsen and steam which I booked each day. Well worth the money . Used the spa services and they were excellent also for massage and sound therapy The grounds are beautiful , especially at night and all staff are fantastic including the lovely security guard whom daily made sure you crossed the road for breakfast. He’s a lovely asset and makes your day with his cheerfulness. They also have a nightly shuttle that drops you off at night market each night . Looking forward to returning on 2026.

Fantastic stay at this resort. Service was outstanding! From.checking in,to the quality of the room to the free shuttle to town to the front desk, to the housekeeping and a special shout out to the security guard who gives 10/10 service 24 hours a day! Honestly I've never met a nicer gate house man.
