San Pareni Hotel

The hotel is close to the airport and has a very European setup. The rooms are clean and the ambiance is quite warm. Please noted that there is no lift and hence for aged people, do not take a room on the higher floors. There is also a very warm restaurant on the premises with live singing in the evening. Overall a nice hotel near to the airport.

Although the whole building was still quite picturesque. The outer facade was wearing off badly. The staircase leading to the rooms were unsheltered and we had to brave through the rain and got ourselves wet to get back to our room on the 3rd floor. Really inconvenience especially this monsoon season. Room was extremely clean and basic. But the bed was uncomfortable as could felt the spring beneath the bed. The water pressure from the shower was extremely low, took a long time to finish my shower. The view looking outside the balcony was hideous, facing a plot of dirty piece of land. The noise from the road was too loud to have a proper sleep for light sleepers like us. The interior of the main reception cum breakfast room was cosy and European style with lots of replica antiques to take photos with.

Really nice hotel with comfortable clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, and a great outdoor area. Close to the airport but you need a car or require a taxi to get to the city centre. Did not have a chance to try the breakfast but there's a great little coffee shop right next to it.
