We stayed 4 nights at this beautiful hotel, my friend (an architect) also fell in love with the architecture. The owner was very nice and helped us with every question. Breakfast varied every morning and we also got to try Thai breakfast. The hotel is not directly in the city centre, but close to the airport. It was easy to get around with Uber. In case we come back to Chiang Mai we would definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay in this family-run hotel. Everyone is really charming. And the rooms are just lovely. The atmosphere of the hotel is really calm and laid-back. The nice swimming pool is a big plus. Yes, the hotel is a bit far from the city centre. But a tuk tuk to the old town costs just around 100 baht. And you can book tours at the reception desk. On the whole, we can definitely recommend staying in this serene, secluded hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay here. While it's located a bit outside the main city, I've been to Chiang Mai before so I know my way around, and the staff quickly helped me rent a motorbike to get around. Quiet, peaceful, relaxed ambiance, and very attentive staff. The rooms were so great that half the time my girlfriend and I didn't even want to get out of bed. Overall, if you're looking for a bit of an escape, definitely recommend Wiang Chang Klan.
