Directly centrally located and super warm host. Thin walls, so if you like it quiet rather bad. So new neighbors were just noisy, nothing else at it great.

Visited Chiang Rai for a few days and landed at the Golden Triangle Palace hotel. The most perfect location in central Chiang Rai. Close to the bus station easy to get around. Nice bicycles are available for quest No charge. The manager Wendy is super nice and fun to chat with. The hotel is Thai style architecture Beautiful woodwork with nice garden areas Clean comfortable. One of the most lovely and comfortable places I have stayed in Thailand. Great price

This has to be the worst hotel in Chiang Rai. Everything was pleasant at check-in time but when shown to our room I refused it because of rubbish on the floor, they refused a refund and said they would clean the room. I woke at 3am to find bugs biting me and crawling on me. I asked to cut short my visit the next day and was told strictly no refunds so I lost 2 nights payment. Horrible, horrible experience.
