Kham Thana Hotel Chiang Rai

Nice hacienda style hotel when you arrive. Lots of plants and flowers. Pool in the middle. Large open lobby. Many reviews mention problems with the bathroom but ours was perfect: large with a shower and bathtub (room 2210) . A balcony where you can sit quietly. The hotel is generally very quiet, you can have lunch and dinner on a terrace overlooking the garden. Breakfast varied in buffet form but no yogurt. Very large and comfortable bed.

Medium and spacious room. Bathroom with very high bathtub (small stepladder 3 steps available). Shower head in bathtub with evacuation directly on.the bathroom floor...flooding...apparently it's the same in all the rooms. Dinner and breakfast really basic.

Looks like everything was invested for the outside, which is very nice. Great room but not comfortable. No elevator (We were on the 3rd floor) Fortunately, the efficient staff took care of the luggage transport.
