We have been to the Royal Wing at Royal Cliffs a number of times. It is located on a peninsular seaway from Pattaya and so very family friendly. The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming and the staff absolutely great. Service and interaction probably the best I have experienced. We love the facilities (lots of pools, sports etc) with enough restaurants on site to enable us to feed our girls (3,6) without travelling. A full and positive recommendation.

We honestly can’t remember how many times we have stayed at Royal Wing Suites & Spa over the years, just like my parents before us. What we do know is that our 6 year old daughter has already been here four times and keeps asking when we are coming back. That says it all. Every visit feels like coming home. From the moment you arrive, the entire team goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome, valued and completely at ease. The beautiful pool area, with pool butlers providing exceptional service, is pure relaxation. The à la carte breakfast is something we look forward to every single morning and remains one of the highlights of every stay. The rooms are spacious, practical, elegant and incredibly comfortable. Even on a rainy day, spending time in your room feels like a pleasure rather than a compromise. What truly makes this place special is the people. The kindness and professionalism of everyone, from the restaurant staff and reception team to management, housekeeping and even the gardeners, create a warm and genuine atmosphere that is hard to find elsewhere. In fact, the most difficult decision you will have to make here is choosing which of the two elevators to take when both are already waiting for you with their doors open in the lobby. That perfectly sums up the attention to detail and level of service throughout the resort. We are already counting down to our next stay. To be honest, we no longer feel the need to look elsewhere because it is hard to imagine finding this level of hospitality, comfort and care anywhere else. Thank you to everyone at Royal Wing Suites & Spa for yet another unforgettable stay. Worry free enjoyment is guaranteed from beginning to end. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Thank you to all the staff for taking such good care of our family throughout our stay. From the welcoming team, Khun Ton, Khun Ice, P' Ning, P' Ao, Nong Icy, JR, P' Suchat, and P' Rang, who helped prepare such a lovely and heartwarming birthday surprise for Nong Navy this year, it made a very special day for the family and filled with wonderful memories. Thank you to the housekeeping team: Pavina, Bualoy, Apasra, Supinya, Suthida, and Saranya for keeping the room clean, tidy, and paying attention to every detail. It made me feel comfortable and at home. This includes the F&B Wing team, led by A Tasanee, Peter, P'Kong, P'Tong, and all the staff, who always provide service with a smile and attentiveness. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is great, and it's always filled with warmth every time we use their services. And thank you to the Panorama team, Mr. Niwat, Mr. Saiyuda, Mr. Saichon, and Mr. Ae, for taking such good care of our family every morning and making such delicious coffee, which has now become our family's favorite breakfast spot. Every time we come to Pattaya, this place makes us feel warm and welcome, like a second home for our family. The attentiveness, the service, and the smiles of everyone are the reasons why we always return to stay here whenever we're in Pattaya. And thank you also to Khun Mameow for always taking such good care of and arranging the room reservations, as well as being so helpful and friendly in every way. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the excellent care. See you again.
