BELLA VILLA PATTAYA 3RD ROAD

My review is a bit late, the next holiday is already coming soon;-) . It was a very nice stay at Bella Villa 3rd Road Pattaya. The staff is friendly and accommodating. There are several washing machines in the hotel where you can do your laundry for small money. Rooms are cleaned daily and the cleaning staff does a good job. Security is great, visitors must hand in their ID card. If the visitor picks up their ID card alone, the staff in the room calls and asks if everything is ok. Have a room with a view of the pool. The pool is in a small garden and is a single dream at night (I took the photo of the pool from the balcony of my room). Wi-Fi is only available in the public area, in the room weak or not at all. The decor is old , but clean and you have everything you need. Electric kettle, microwave and a large fridge with freezer. In the area there are 7/11 , restaurants and massage shops. I had a very nice time at this place and would definitely stay here again:-) .

Moins was in the Bella Villa Hotel for 4 weeks. It is a chain of around 10 hotels, 2 more are located at the roundabout. I initially wanted to go to Let's Hyde, but that was too expensive for me. The hotel is on a side street near 3 Road. The room is very large, which I thought was very good. It has a TV, fridge, safe, AC (nice and quiet), microwave, kettle, coffee, tea, flip flops, dishes. In the bathroom you also get shower gel, toothbrush, ear sticks, soap, etc. It has a pool, which I wouldn't call very large, and a pool area that is very poorly maintained. There is only one person in the hotel who is available for the pool, pool area, electricity, etc. They save a lot of money there. There is also no suitcase boy who brings your suitcase to your room. But there is a lift. I initially had a room on the 1st floor, facing the street. But I didn't want to live there because you can't see anything when you look out the window. I then moved to the 4th floor. That was better. There's also the pool side, I don't know if you have to pay the extra. There's also a small gym, which is set up in such a way that it's enough. At least for me. There were about 10 loungers by the pool, almost all of which were always free. The cushions need to be replaced, almost all of them are broken. There are no parasols by the pool, I've never had anything like that before. There are also no pool towels, I've never had anything like that before. You always had to take your towel from your room. In the first 2 weeks it was very loud there because a house opposite was being renovated. There were days when it was almost unbearable. There's also a bus parking lot directly behind the hotel, which gets a lot of traffic around midday. WiFi is rubbish. A total failure at the pool and so-so in the room. Actually rubbish too. At least in my room, although there are a few routers hanging around The location of the hotel isn't that great either. It's more out of the way than I thought. It's not that easy to get to Baht buses up there. You usually have to walk to T21 to get a Baht bus. Girls can get in like that, don't pay anything There used to be a sauna there, but it's closed now. Rating 2-3 stars: The hotel itself is OK. You can get used to the small pool. The pool area and WiFi are rubbish. The rooms are very large and well furnished. The noise from 3 Road is often annoying. Would I book the hotel again: probably not.

The beauty of a smaller hotel is the feeling of warmth and personal service. You get this and more at Bella Villa. With condotel style rooms, a pool, a gym, and helpful staff, all at a great price, this hotel is great value for money. We loved our 10 day stay and can highly recommend it.
