Chaba Garden

I would say, this is one of the few reasonably priced accommodation in Phuket. It's generally clean and it's within a residential area thus its quiet. However, the noise from the other occupants, are quite a challenge. I reckon this hotel offers long term accommodation. The tenants, seriously, I have no idea where they came from. My experience was, at past midnight, I was jolted from my sleep, with sound coming from the TV, which sounded like the news channel. For heavens sake! It's past 12 mn.. Location wise, it's rather secluded and it's best to check in on time as sometimes it's not possible to find staff to assist. It's not really a full fledge hotel or motel or hostel. It's more like an apartment that opens up for v short stay should there be vacant rooms.

We booked a room for 1 month and every morning at 10am they start to hit the wall and make a lot of noise all day long. We ask explanation to the owner but they don't wanna even say sorry. Very unfriendly. Anyway the place is nice and clean.

The property is noice and clean - the staff does not speak english so be aware of that - you should rely on uber and not the local cabs who are dishonest as there is no public transport close by the property is a good value for both the tourist and the business traveller one should also note that their kitchen is not all that great as it does not cater to most european tastes so be weary of that element
