If you want a place that’s away from all of the noise, this place is great and if you choose the 5G option, I was getting over 60 Mbps down and about 40 up. One only problem maybe a big one for some. It’s located at the end of a darkened alley Soi 14. Pattaya is safe even at night but to get to the main crossroad of Soi Diana and Buakhao you have to walk all the way down to Second Rd and then up Soi Diana to get to all of the stores, eating places and other such establishments. If you’re coming for the nightly entertainment, you’re not gonna like this place. I didn’t come for that but I did want to eat at the more popular places. Very clean, beautiful rooms, staff excellent. If it wasn’t for the no short cut, this place would be perfect for all including families. But not having to walk back to the hotel down that Soi.

A small hotel, 5-6 minutes away from all the noise its a small but cozy hotel with a small garden and nice balcony's view is ok, but no ocean. staff were extremely nice and helpful, even though most of then did not speak English, all in all a pleasant stay, and i will use again, although a swimmingpool were missed, think its 2 sisters that owns it, has 16 rooms i had top floor, think that's preferable

Great budget hotel in the center of Pattaya. I stayed here from 20.01.25 - 24.01.25 in room 502. Rooms furnished with attention to detail. Balcony just as nice. The staff very friendly. All quite familiar there. Quiet hotel despite very central location. The Laundry opposite is also recommended. Overall a clear recommendation, even if there is no pool !
